'Runner's World Guide To Injury Prevention' (How to identify problems, speed healing, and run pain-free) by Dagny Scott Barrios in good condition.
According to the blurb: This will prove beneficial to everyone, whether you are a beginner or have been running for years. From the worldwide authority on running, 'Runner's World Guide To Injury Prevention' is the comprehensive guide to staying healthy while training hard. It's a must have companion for any serious runner. New thinking on injury and recovery suggests that runners can continue to train while injured, but only in certain cases. Alternative practices such as accupuncture, chiropractic and massage are now virtually mainstream and an esential part of any runner's injury arsenal.

- How (and why) to change your biomechanics and stride length
- The newset thinking on hydration
- The most beneficial stretches for runners - and why you should not stretch an injured muscle
