What Flower Is That? - Stirling Macoboy [Hardback] in LOGANHOLME, Queensland for sale

Stirling Macoboy's 'What Flower Is That?' shouldn't really need any explanation. It is exactly what it states on the cover....pretty much a standard reference for any plant enthusiast with over 6000 entries including over 1600 full colour photographs illustrating 1030 plant genera within 157 botanical families.
Much more than just an identification tool, it provides information regarding soil and growing conditions, ideal temperature ranges, available varieties, how and when to propogate, how much water and fertilizer, and advantages and disadvantages for the home gardener.
This comprehensive 456 page hardback volume was published in 1986 by Lansdowne Publishing. ISBN 1-86302-043-8. [Approx 28.5 x 24 x 3.5 & 2050g]
It is in very good condition with all pages clean and tightly bound. The dust cover has slightly faded at the spine and has a small tear (top left near spine) as seen in photo 1. It also has a scratch on the rear (photo 2 near blue flowers top left), and there's a dedication on the flyleaf. Nothing bad...a bit of tape or a transparent plastic cover and it would be good for a lifetime of consulting.
