Pam Peters is Emeritus Professor at Macquarie University in Sydney. Among her long list of credits she has been Director of the Dictionary Research Centre at Macquarie University (2001-7), and a member of the Editorial Committee of the Macquarie Dictionary for its second, third and fourth editions (1991, 1997, 2005). A long list of publications concerning the English language bear her name.
This impressive 848 page tome was published in 2003 by Cambridge University Press. ISBN 0-521-57634-2. [Approx 23 x 16.5 x 5cms & 1385g]
It is in very good condition with all pages clean and tightly bound. It has been covered in clear contact to protect the softcover. Any imperfections you can see in the first couple of photos are marks on that, or reflections. There are a few marks on the edges of the closed pages, most notably along the top side where pens have rubbed against it, but nothing terribly noticeable or bad.
